In welcoming the holy month of Ramadhan, the Ministry of Defence distributed His Majesty's Personal Gift of Dates at a ceremony held at Bolkiah Garrison.

Present was Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, RBAF, and Retired Brigadier General Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Alirupendi bin Haji Perudin, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Defence. The annual distribution of dates reflects the Monarch's compassion and care towards the people.
